We were having trouble getting insurance for my boyfriend because open-enrollment was over, and he didn't qualify for any of their conditions to currently enroll.

Covered CA suggested we call a private agent and gave us two insurance agents to call. It seems like a miracle that the first one on the list didn't pick up. He might have been great. But, I cannot even begin to say what a pleasure it was to work with Clifford.
